Description

Join Nitya Griffith and Hawa Robin Cahn for an exqusite healing experience.

This women’s grief camping retreat is offered at Open Sky in Cumberland VA, on a 120 year old former tobacco farm.

Out in the wild’s of nature we find peace, lightness, and freedom from all that we may be carrying.

Grief Ceremonialist, Hawa Robin Cahn has been teaching Pilates for 20 years.  She has 2 Pilates Certifications, 3 Yoga Certifications, a BFA in Ballet and a Master’s in Divinity focusing on Spiritual Healing & Counseling.  She is deeply grateful to be co-leading this retreat and is passionate about guiding people to pain free fitness.  Traveling spiritually through the sacred womb space teaches people how to access a deeper love that flows infinitely.  Reverence for women and people with wombs reminds people that self care and self love are essential.  To root oneself into the core of the Earth is to access wisdom that holds secrets for the healing for humanity at this time.  To honor grief is to remember love.  Wild Feminine Pilates is a loving blend of the Pilates method, somatic healing, and Pelvic Bowl Meditations by Dr. Tami Lynn Kent author of Wild Feminine.

Grief Ceremonialist, Nitya Griffith has been teaching Yoga for 20 years and has offered women’s yoga retreats in which many participants found the experience to be “life changing”. Nitya is also certified in Yin Yoga, is a Feng Shui consultant, and a Master Bazi Chinese Astrologer. Recently, Nitya received training from Hawa as a Grief Ceremonialist and it is her goal to bring these tools into her retreats to offer ease from the pain of loss, transition, and overall life stresses. The space Nitya has created at Open Sky is truly a healing oasis with many practices connected to communing with nature and Mother Earth.

This retreat is reserved for up to 12 women.
