Escape to a healing oasis at Open Sky in Cumberland County Virginia where you will spend time wintering. This has nothing to do with the season outside your door, it has to do with the season you are living within your Self. This retreat can be silent, it can be minimalistic, it can adapt by the day to what you need. Nitya will hold sacred space for you throughout your stay.

You can choose from a range of offerings that may include daily Hatha Yoga, meditation, journaling, self-inquiry, tarot, silent walks in nature, and farm to table vegetarian meals.

This is the ultimate self-healing retreat in which you are held in sacred space to connect to the peace, the joy, and the harmony you long to feel in your life. In order to feel that spring of renewal, we must learn to winter. As the days warm into spring, as the world re-greens herself, you can take this retreat to feel into your own landscape and recognize the fertile seeds you long to sow into your life.

You can extend your stay for a maximum of 6 nights/ 7 days for $1600 OR pay $280 for each additional night’s stay. Contact Nitya to make arrangements.

Day 1

  • Arrival with circle to set intention, journaling and breathwork
  • Silent nature meditation walk

Day 2

  • Morning tea delivered to your room
  • Meditation, breathwork and Hatha Yoga
  • Farm to table breakfast
  • free time to rest – there are many places in the house and on the property to sit and reflect
  • Silent nature walk

  • Tarot with journaling and self-inquiry
  • Other offerings – building fairy houses or identifying wildflowers

Day 3

  • Morning tea delivered to your room
