It is time for you to dance around the sacred fire and celebrate the goddess within you in this divine women’s Goddess Retreat.
June 20 – 23: arriving at 4:00 Thursday 20th and departing at noon Sunday 23rd.
Join Sara Daves and Nitya Griffith for a transformative experience under the canopy of stars and nature at Open Sky in Cumberland Virginia. This is a 120 year old former tobacco farm with 8 acres of rolling re-wilded fields and woods. The campsite is near the old barn, the sacred fire, and the organic garden.
Your Goddess Experience Includes: Morning hatha yoga, meditation, and breathwork. gorgeous programs with Sara on how to manifest like a Goddess, guided walks in nature, journaling, self-reflection time, Yin yoga, fire ceremony, farm to table vegetarian meals, and a life changing journey.

Our proposed itinerary:
THE ARRIVAL – it is recommended you turn off all music and distractions for the last 30 minutes along Rt 13, a gorgeous winding country road. This sets the meditative tone for the start to your retreat.

Friday June 21st

Reflection Time
10:00 Morning Program led by Sara Building Sisterhood Workshop (with reflective listening)
We will come together to practice reflective listening so we can be heard at the soul level, and unlock buried emotions that block us from living fully into our purpose. This exercise will clear our internal energy and support us in raising our energetic frequency to match the intentions we set so we can co-create the reality that is waiting to reveal itself to us.

Understanding Our Emotions Workshop
This workshop is an exercise in emotional mastery. We will build upon what was revealed in the sisterhood workshop and then dive deep into the underlying wounds that keep us blocked, so we can claim our personal sovereignty and be ready to manifest our desires.

Full Moon Releasing Ceremony
We will utilize the powerful energy of the full moon to release all that no longer serves us so we can make room for all the amazing opportunities that the universe wants to bless us with. (Maybe later in the evening when it gets dark, we can release what we’ve written down into the fire as an offering and surrender to the co-create process, with an understanding that we never have to do it alone.

LEAVING ~ enjoy leaving as you arrived, in a silent car, taking in the beauty and tranquility of the countryside.
WHAT TO BRING:
Long pants for walks, shorts, and clothes you can move easily in for yoga
Layers for cool nights and hot days, long sleeved light-weight shirt for walks

NOTES:
- NO CELLPHONE use during the retreat is requested.
- The land is being re-wilded so the grass is very tall in places.
- There is a hammock you can enjoy, front porch to sit out on, and other places on the property for you to take in the quiet and serenity.
- Refrain from wearing perfumes and strong fragrances,
- To be safe with ticks, it is recommended you wear socks, long pants, long shirts, and hats when walking around. There’s no glam to country livin’!
- Please understand there are neighbors and there may be some hunting but it is usually a serene place.

Sara Daves, is an intuitive purpose coach, conflict resolution expert and author of Manifest Like a Goddess. She helps people discover their purpose and resolve inner and outer conflict so they can manifest the magnificent life that is waiting for them. Sara spent 2023 in Uganda training students and teachers how to resolve conflict in a way that supports the recognition of our shared humanity, which means ending the perpetuation of generational trauma.
Nitya Griffith, E-RYT200 is an Integral Yoga and Yin Yoga teacher with 20 years of teachign experience. Nitya has led countless women’s yoga retreats over the years and many women have found the experience to be life changing. Nitya is the author of 4 books and most of the meals served at Open Sky come from the Nitya Living Cookbook; Local, Seasonal, Vegetarian for a Healthy Family. Nitya is also a certified Grief Ceremonialist, and Retreat Guide offering sublime experiences through the yoga lifestyle woven into nature and offered in a serene setting at Open Sky, her home in Cumberland Virginia.
