At Open Sky, Nitya will hold space for you with care and intention, creating a sanctuary for rest, healing, and transformation.

Your Retreat Experience:

  • Morning Bliss: Wake up to the gentle melodies of birdsong and a quiet knock at your door as Nitya offers you a warm cup of tea. Begin your day with a lightly guided morning meditation, mindful breathing, and hatha yoga to align your body and mind.
  • Nature as Medicine: Spend your day immersed in the outdoors, embracing the soothing power of nature. Walk along re-wilded fields, follow mowed trails, and lose yourself in the beauty of the wild.
  • Mindful Nourishment: Savor farm-to-table meals crafted with love, offering vegetarian and vegan options that can accommodate gluten-free needs. Each meal is a celebration of wholesome, nourishing food.
  • Time to Reflect: Enjoy free moments to rest, journal, or simply be. Take this time to process your journey and reconnect with yourself.
  • Healing Practices: Ground yourself with earthing practices such as silent woods walks, forest bathing, or meditating on the earth’s embrace. End your day with yoga nidra, allowing deep relaxation to envelop you.
  • Wild Serenity: Breathe in the fresh, invigorating air. Feel the stillness, hear the whispers of nature, and allow yourself to get wonderfully lost in this wild serenity.

February 21-23 Self-Love: Creating your Self-Care Box, developing daily supportive practices that support your relationship with You. How do you love you?

March 7-9 Spring into Your Awakening: Planting seeds for this season of growth, connecting to nature as she wakes from winter and identifying how this is happening in your own life. What are the keys to manifesting?

April 4-6 Silent Grief Retreat: Holding sacred space for what you grieve, Offering a Grief Ceremony, and Planting seeds of renewal.

May 2-4 Mothering Yourself: Healing the wounded mother, how do you mother yourself?

Your itinerary includes daily Hatha Yoga, meditation, journaling, self-inquiry,  Earthing and other nature connection activities, silent walks in nature, and farm to table vegetarian meals.

Proposed Itinerary:

Day 1

  • Arrival with circle to set intention, journaling and breathwork
  • Silent nature meditation walk
  • Yin Yoga with poetry
  • Farm to table dinner
  • Gaia Yoga Nidra under the stars

Day 2

  • Morning tea delivered to your room
  • Meditation, breathwork and Hatha Yoga
  • Farm to table breakfast
  • free time to rest – there are many places in the house and on the property to sit and reflect
  • Sky Gazing, a Tibetan meditation practice with Grief Ceremony to honor the loss of someone or to recognize a major life transition or to reclaim the lost parts of yourself.
  • Farm to table lunch
  • Woods walk with forest bathing
  • Snack and Tea offered mid-afternoon
  • Tarot readings offered during reflection/ free time
  • Farm to table dinner
  • Sacred Fire under the stars and howling at the Wolf Moon

Day 3

  • Morning tea delivered to your room
  • Meditation, breathwork and Hatha Yoga
  • Farm to table breakfast
  • Mapping and/ or Vision Boards to set your 2025 goals
  • Closing circle with journaling
