Your itinerary includes daily Hatha Yoga, meditation, journaling, self-inquiry, Earthing and other nature connection activities, silent walks in nature, and farm to table vegetarian meals.

Day 1
- Arrival with circle to set intention, journaling and breathwork
- Silent nature meditation walk
- Yin Yoga with poetry
- Farm to table dinner
- Gaia Yoga Nidra under the stars
Day 2
- Morning tea delivered to your room
- Meditation, breathwork and Hatha Yoga
- Farm to table breakfast
- free time to rest – there are many places in the house and on the property to sit and reflect
- Grief Ceremony to reclaim the lost parts of yourself you long to reconnect with.
- Farm to table lunch
- Woods walk with forest bathing
- Snack and Tea offered mid-afternoon
- Tarot readings offered during reflection/ free time

- Morning tea delivered to your room
