Camping:
Set up your tent at the Grove Campground at Open Sky, where you and your fellow goddesses can come together beneath the shady trees and a starlit canopy to embrace the serenity of nature. Immerse yourself in the soothing sounds of the outdoors, from the hum of insects to the melodies of songbirds. The campground is nestled among a grove of trees, conveniently located near the campfire, the historic red-roofed barn, and the charming chicken house. You’ll also have access to an indoor bathroom for added comfort.

Friday July 11th
THE ARRIVAL – it is recommended you turn off all music and distractions for the last 30 minutes along Rt 13, a gorgeous winding country road. This sets the meditative tone for the start to your retreat.

- 5:00 Welcome Circle with Jai and Nitya
- Opening our sacred circle
- Introductions of teachers, property, rules/requests
- Introductions of participants
- Guided partner breathwork practice
- Journal your intention – share
- Trail walk to introduce the property
- 6:30 Farm to Table Vegetarian Dinner
- Stuffed Baked Potatoes with nutritional yeast gravy, beans, and sauteed veggies. Side of sliced tomato w basil and vinegar salad
- Reflection Time
- 7:30 – 8:30 Ending day partner breathwork led by Jai
- 9:00 Silence Requested until after morning practice.
Saturday July 12th

- Set up on dining table for self-serve of granola, rice cakes, seed/nut butter, yogurt, fruit, milks, hot water and tea or coffee.
