The ceremony includes breathing practices to soothe the nervous system, ritual, prayer, and journaling while focusing on one of the 5 elements. Water ceremonies are almost always a part of the ceremony and offer a pathway to uncovering layers of emotions so that both your feelings and needs can be recognized, honored, and embraced. Each ceremony is 1 Hour on Zoom.
