  • Optional Privacy: A privacy screen is available for those who wish to create a more personal space within the shared room.

Your itinerary includes daily Hatha Yoga, meditation, journaling, self-inquiry,  Earthing and other nature connection activities, silent walks in nature, and farm to table vegetarian meals.

  • Self-Love Yoga Nidra Sound Bath

Day 2

  • Morning tea delivered to your room
  • Meditation, breathwork and Hatha Yoga

  • free time to rest – there are many places in the house and on the property to sit and reflect
  • Morning Program: Journal Prompt into Grief Ceremony

  • Woods walk with forest bathing
