So it is we find ourselves sliding into the 11th month of 2021, the month of the Rat with the element Yang Metal sitting atop. It feels like a cold shiver of energy. For some, the Rat may feel like a dip back into 2020. People born on the Day or Year of the Horse may feel embattled as the Rat is the arch enemy of the Rat and is Harmed by the Ox. The Rat is a very social character, this is a call to gather (safely and masked), to connect, to collaborate. Finances are also an aspect of the Rat so we will definitely see that playing out – likely this will be a hit to the economy as we need Fire to bring us stability and prosperity. Be cautious in your spending, and know that a simple meaningful gift can be enough. The Rat is also about collecting, gathering information, and planning your next move. The Ox of 2021 finds accord with the Rat, as one tends to put it all together for the Ox to implement. This is a collaborative partnership. How can you forge connections with others? ENHANCE – The 4 Star is in the Center with the Annual 6 Star. The 4 Star full of romance, success with studies, and creative juices is Wood weakened by the Earth of the Center. There isn’t much to invigorate the chi. The 6 Star is all about success and abundance. CURE: A Gold Buddha sitting on coins with Gold and Metal accents in décor and furnishings. Frames on any pictures are ideally Metal, Black or Gold. If this is a wall with no where to place anything, hang an image of wealth; it can be literally a picture of a pile of money, or a family at a grand feast, etc. AVOID RED, FIRE, Hot Colors, Wood, GREEN colors, and plants. Remember to extend your Ba-Gua into the yard and property. For December add something BLUE.
Deflect – 7 Star with the annual 9 Star in the North East is all about future wealth and the successes you’re experiencing now. Money is just flowing in, especially if this is your front door, or office location. A great room for planning, dreaming, managing finances, investing, and starting something new. The 7 Star says – not so fast! – look out for bogus business deals, back stabbing, gossip, bankruptcy, theft. CURE: Place 9 silk Purple Flowers in an Earthen vase. This is also a place to put a Vision Board of all you dream of creating and manifesting. This can also be a wish list or a letter to the Universe. The color is PURPLE. In December a round Metal bowl to absorb the 7 Stars toxic chi. Be extra mindful if this is your office of any shady interactions, watch your back!
Deflect – The 2 Star moves into the East with the Annual 4. The beautiful chi of the 4 Star with all the sweet romance, creativity, and acumen for good studies is hindered by the Sickness 2 Star. The 2 is greatly weakened by the Woody nature of the East so depressing this energy doesn’t take much but there is still a caution to protect your health. CURE: Decorate with floral designs and shades of green with healthy plants. 4 Stalks of Lucky Bamboo in a BLUE Vase along with a Love Altar complete with 2 Birds, 2 Red Candles, 2 Crystal Hearts and pictures of you and your love or, if single, your dream lover. For December, if this is your bedroom, put a Wu Lou Health Gourd by your bedside. Be very cautious of your health and wellbeing – NO Fire or Red colors!
DEFLECT – The 3 Star is in the South East with the Annual 5 Star. Focus on mitigating the negativity and try your best to NOT use this area of your home or yard. Close blinds, windows, doors and keep this room dark and unoccupied. That is your greatest protection. If this is your front door, use another entrance if possible. DO NOT DISTURB INSIDE OR OUT WITH CONSTRUCTION, NOISE, DEEP DIGGING, OR ANY COMMOTION. No other energy can Fly in throughout the year and assuage the horrific potential for negative outcomes in the South East of every home and office in 2021. CURE: If the front door, hang a ba-gua mirror and flank the front steps with gold Fu Dogs. If a bedroom put a Salt Water Cure under the bed and Wu Lou health gourds on the bedside stands to protect your health. Continue to focus on the innate energy of this direction with Wood furnishings and the colors green, striped or leafy design,, and healthy lush plants. AVOID FIRE and any red, hot pink or orange colors. AVOID THIS AREA OF YOUR HOME, YARD, AND OFFICE AT ALL COST.
ENHANCE – The 8 Star joins the Annual 1 Star in the South and all this Water hitting the Fiery South creates a steamy interchange. MITITGATE this clash of elements with WOOD AND GREEN. The positive outcome of the 1 Star is success of all kinds, another great place for a student to study or to have your office. This is also a combination that forms a Peach Blossom of Romance making this the second sexy area of your home. The 8 Star brings money but the 1 Star may spoil the riches. CURE: Beautiful lush plants, colors of green, floral designs with little pops of pink, violet, and lavender. AVOID METAL, EARTH, AND WATER as in the colors of Blue and actual water. Add a pile of 8 Chinese Coins for December on a Red Envelope.
DEFLECT – The 1 Star is in the South West with the Annual 3 Star. The 1 Star is a Water Star in the Earthy SW. There realy isn’t much to do here since the 2 Star is so negative. Best then, to focus on depressing the 2 Star. DO NOT DISTURB INSIDE OR OUT WITH CONSTRUCTION, NOISE, DEEP DIGGING, OR ANY COMMOTION. CURE: The annual cure is a Red Happy Hotei BUT remove ANY FIRE or RED. AVOID WATER AND COLORS OF BLUE, METAL AND METAL COLORS. Be mindful of sleeping in the SW or using a SW facing front door.
ENHANCE – The 6 Star is in the West where the Annual 8 Star is visiting. MONEY $ is flooding in to those who have activated this area of their home or office correctly. The 6 Star brings not only money but success while the 8 Star also is about money, and abundance in all ways. CURE: 8 Yellow silk flowers along with 8 Chinese coins is the annual cure. Colors of Yellow, Brown, Terracotta, Rust, Burgundy, and Peach are great colors to decorate with. AVOID GREENS, WOOD, WATER, BLUES. Also NO Fire or Fiery colors. Stack a pile of cash/ coins here to bring in that cash flow.
DEFLECT –The 5 Star is in the North West with the Annual 7 Star. Here we find the threat of violence, surgery, back stabbing, bankruptcy, fall from fame, and fire hazard are all more likely. This is the bully on the playground and his dukes are up. Watch your back! The 5 Star can bring all out destruction and malevolence so be really careful. CURE: If a Kitchen, cover the burners with cookie sheets. If the front door, hang a ba-gua mirror and flank the front steps with gold Fu Dogs. Add BLUE, Black and White accents in rugs, pillows, towels, bedding, etc. Focus predominantly on Metal and Water colors. If you can sleep in another room, or enter from a different door, do so. The NW is a horrible area of every home and office in December.
Deflect – The 9 Star in the North with the Annual 2 Star. DO NOT DISTURB THIS AREA OF YOUR HOME OR GARDEN WITH ANY BIG DISTURBANCES The 2 Star is sickness, malaise, and grave misfortune. Like the 5 Star, this area should be avoided, kept dark, and quiet. If this is the entrance to a school, the location of an office, or master bedroom be extra cautious of dis-ease flowing in. The 2 Star can be food poisoning, stomach illness, cancer, children who are chronically ill, and depression. The 9 Star is Fire and the Watery North douses the benevolence of this chi. Best then to focus on negating the 2 Star. CURE: If this is a main/ front door, hang a ba-gua mirror and flank the front steps with gold Fu Dogs. If a bedroom put a Salt Water Cure under the bed and Wu Lou health gourds on the bedside stands to protect your health. Metal is the best element to focus on with colors of Gray, Black, and White with a heavy accent of Blue. CLOSE BLINDS, MAKE THIS ROOM DARK AND KEEP QUIET.
